So I’m a little over 5 weeks postpartum and last night my boyfriend very gently fingered me. I have my 6 Weeks pp appointment next week so we didn’t want to have sex. He also looked to see if there were any stitches still, I only had a first degree tear. Afterwards I slightly bled. But it wasn’t bright red blood, just some darker looking blood. Kind of like when your period is ending. I brushed it off thinking I’m just spotting from having been fingered. Well today I took a shower and noticed more blood in my underwear. Still dark brown blood. Is it my period or did we do some damage to my healing body? I’m scared. I don’t have cramps or anything and it’s very minimal bleeding. He stopped after a few seconds yesterday because it hurt. Did I mess up whatever was healing??? 🤭🤭🤭
