5w5d ultrasound. Does this all sound normal? Should there b a fetal pole?

So they saw the yolk sac and no fetal pole.  They said it’s too early and I’m going back for another ultrasound in 6-7 days. Everything looks good so far.  I’ll get my hcg levels back tomorrow morning. I have a cyst on right ovary which is why I was in pain. Thank god.  No tubal.

With my daughter the same thing happened at 5 weeks. Went back a week later and she was there.

When I was pregnant with my daughter they did an ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days and it literally looked just like that. Kinda just like a circle but no fetal pole. (We we’re happy so see anything as we had had a blighted ovum a few months prior). We went back a week later and there was a baby with a heartbeat! Now we have a beautiful healthy 11 month old! Don’t worry! I’m telling you my ultrasound was identical! 💖
