Favorite Recipes?

Question

Has anyone come across any good recipes that work well with gestational diabetes? I had it during my first pregnancy 5 years ago and can't find my recipes. I'm only 9 weeks along and already failed my sugar test.

I failed mine early too. I found a few blogs but i tend to make my own recipes. All I do is follow a couple guides on how much carbs and proteins or fat to have each meal or snack and plan accordingly. 
For instance if I don’t feel like eating meat that day I’ll eat veggie stir fry with a sauce made from soy sauce and a little brown sugar adding it to the veggies while they cook they get salty and sweet. I’ll add rice to boost my carbs and go through my protein choices until I have enough in the meal. (Like adding types of beans or high protein veggies.)
My favorite recipe is spaghetti and ground turkey in the marinara. I get fat, protein, carbs and it’s easy and always can make it taste good. Otherwise I try for snacks like PB and graham crackers; Yogurt and nuts; olives with cheese and crackers. 
Do you have an educator? Or an appointment they gave me great pamphlets I use to. Can adapt most recipes for it.
