Rattle snake/sizzle noise coming from neck/spine/ or head??

Every now and then I’ll just be chilling and I hear like soda sizzling or water boiling over the pot on a stove, idk what it is and I’ve looked all over online for anything like it and I couldn’t find anything. I think it only happens when I lay for a period of time, or am super hungry. It happened a couple minutes ago and I haven’t ate anything today and now I have a headache. Any thoughts??
