Period Early 😩

So Jan 26th I lost my baby I bled for about 3 1/2 weeks. Had my first period around Feb 25th... then another March 17th.. they usually last 4-5 days.. now I’m having another period. I just started yesterday, April 9th... I don’t know if it’s because of the miscarriage that my period is irregular but I’m like 7-8 days early on this one. I’m on birth control.. I take the pill
