Which doctor next?

Not sure if the is the right day, and if not please remove but I just found out I am pregnant for the first time in about 2 years. I had 3 miscarriages all before 8 weeks. I did one cycle of ivf that failed. I don’t know if I should call my ivf/ reproendo or call my regular obgyn ? I’m so confused. I mean part of me just wants to make it past 8 weeks before I even call a doc and part of me wants immediate intervention. My mc are because of genetic abnormalities so I don’t even know if they can test for anything before 8 weeks - please any advice would be appreciated. I’m not sure if this is my miracle or just another road to dissapintnent.
