High glucose, ketones and leukocyte in urine

Just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this. I went for my 30 week appointment last Thursday and my urine test came back with glucose and ketones present. My ob sent it for analysis and it turns out I had 500 mg of glucose, ketone and large leukocyte.

My blood test at 26 weeks was normal and my fundal height has been spot on every appointment.

I’m still waiting to hear back from the ob but wondered if anyone else had experience with this.
