17 weeks freaking out

I’m 17+1 and just had sex and had a little blood glob come out! I’m FREAKING out! I’ve never bled this whole pregnancy and never bled after sex my entire life. I don‘t know what to do! I peed after and when I wiped it was mostly gone! Is it normal since it’s more sensitive? We haven’t had sex but maybe 3 or 4 times since finding out and its been a good 3-4 weeks since the last time. What should I do?!
