How do you feel happy for friends...?

How do you feel happy when a friend announces their pregnancy? Literally two announcements today and I just feel defeated. 
AF came after being MIA since January when I started new meds. Deep down I was hoping I just wasn’t getting a BFP and I really was.

It’s definitely hard.. my friend of 18 years told me she was pregnant through a text, after trying for just a few months, ive been trying over a year. I was actually happy she told me through a text even though it was super insensitive. I told her congratulations and acted all excited but in real life I felt like I had been punched in the gut. I cried, and took about 12 hours to have a pity party, then I got over it. Ever since I’ve been 110% there for her, even though I’m still sad for myself! I read a good article on how to be happy for your friend and it said to set yourself a time limit for a pity party then move on. It worked for me!
