Burning feeling top of bump?

Question

Is anyone else have the sensation that the top of their bump is sun burned? That’s the closest feeling I can equate it to. It is in the center of my bump, at the very top, close to my bra line. Sort of like heartburn - but on the outside? My bump isn’t sunburned. It’s has never even seen the light of day. 
Google tells me it is likely nerve related, but none of my pregnant friends know what I’m talking about.

Same here!  It’s awful. I think it’s like a nerve or something being stretched.  It’s worse when I’m sitting and goes away when I’m laying down

I’d definitely guess muscles and such being stretched! My last little guy stretched out the uppermost area between my ribs under my chest and it took a year for the burning pain to subside! I didn’t start feeling it until later on though when he was severely running out of room!! I am not looking forward to that again!

That’s exactly how I feel. It’s a burning pain. I guessed it was everything stretching 😩😂

I had sensitive skin my first pregnancy and had that feeling on my chest and ribs.. however I also had a rib bone out of place that progressively got worse. Hopefully you just have sensitive skin.
