I had a C Section April 3rd at 6am, started walking at 5pm that same day. I got to go home April 5th at 11am, my vaginal bleeding was light by now and then by day 5 PP I decided to have sex with my bf...it was very slow and gentle and felt amazing, we used a condom with spermicide for protection. I put myself at risk of infection and heavy bleeding, I felt so guilty the next day but luckily all is well. **EDIT** I'm saying all is well because I had my one week postpartum checkup with my obstetrician yesterday, told her what I did, she checked me out and said everything is fine, not that she was very happy ( understandably ) about it but everything still is fine.
