Developmental milestones for preemies

My girl arrived at 36 weeks. And I’m a FTM. She will be 2 months old this Friday. She still cannot smile or make coo sounds according to the growth chart. She can support her upper part of body during tummy time, but only for secs. I’m wondering if preemies need to be adjusted to their gestational age or not. Should I bring it up to my ped?
