Will Clomid change my ovulation date?

Question

If you ovulate on your own but Dr puts you on Clomid, will it change the day your normally ovulate? I have 25-26 day cycles and normally ovulate on CD11-12. Will taking Clomid change my ovulation CD? Thanks!!

Last month my IUI got canceled so I never triggered, but I did take 50 mg of Clomid for five days so I wondered the same thing. I got my positive OPK on CD16 which is normal for me, and my cycle length stayed at 30 days too. 
Now though, it’s CD11 and they’re actually having me trigger, so everything will shift. It all depends on your dosage, if you’re triggering, what life feels like throwing at you that month, etc. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Clomid alone changed my cycle drastically.    I ovulated like 7-13 days later and thus my cycle was that much longer.

You will ovulate based on whenever you are given the trigger shot (if you are).
Example:
I normally ovulate on days 12-14 on my own.
On Femara and trigger I ovulate about 35 hours after I’ve been given the trigger shot. So I’m usually given it on CD11, so I ovulate between CD12-13.
