Coffee while TTC... is it okay?

I know this has been asked many times but I am just going to ask again. Is coffee okay while TTC? I've tried to cut it out but the days I don't have a cup in the morning, I literally can't function lol. I only have one 10 oz cup in the morning with a bit of hazelnut creamer. We have been trying 9 months and nothing so I'm willing to give it up if it does cause issues, but it's so hard!

I read that having a cup of coffee a day hasn't been shown to have any effects on a child's development while you are pregnant too. Just FYI

Yes! Do everything you normally do until you get a BFP

A cup a day while ttc and while pregnant are okay (200mg/day is considered max safe level) remember things like chocolate have caffeine

It's fine. I even drank a cup of coffee a day while pregnant. Even my OBGYN said it was fine. Just don't drink over 2-3 cups a day

Yes hun you can have coffee pregnant too you just have to monitor your caffeine I got half caff & it helps (I think pregnant limit is 200mg if caffeine a day which is like two small cups of coffee but remember soda chocolate etc other things have caffeine!)
