Yeah, we do baby led weaning so he eats what we eat basically. Like today's lunch is fish sticks, green beans and some strawberries.

Same day, same time...depends on the day.  If its store bought i get the ones that are veggies  mixed  with fruits.  If i cook it, ill add a fruit into the puree,  if my FIL makes it, ill give her fruits separate.  It really just depends on the day.  I also feed her a little of whatever  i'm eating. But if its a day, and her nap was a long  and  went over her meal time. it is what it is. she doesnt have it that day. .. Milk is more important  right now.

I give my 7.5 month old fruit around 60ml at 11:30 (after her morning nap) and puréed veggies around 60ml at 5pm 2 hrs before her bedtime bottle. More of tasting and exploring. I do try time it that she’s not full from food as formula and breastmilk is still very important. I’m think to change to eating food 3 x a day when she’s 8 months and introducing chicken when she’s 9+
