IUD Opinions

I went to the doctor recently to talk about getting on the pill. I was told that due to the increase in estrogen it would cause, that no doctor would prescribe it to me because of my migraine auras. So my next option is an IUD. While I am researching it for myself, I figured I could ask yall as well. Which IUD is best? So far, my options include Paragard, Mirena, Kyleena, Liletta, and Skyla.
