do u guys have this symptom??? white discharge😒😔

I'm around 8 weeks now!!! I have got vaginal discharge which is creamy white. I mean every time when I see ..I know we usually have this ..but is this becoz of the pregnancy??? will every pregnant women be having this? am I okay?or is it trying to say anything? should i do anything for this ?
