Fenugreek?!?!

Has anyone tried this? What was your experience? I guess you're supposed to take it after the baby is born to help with milk

I have breastfed all six of my kids and only had to use it one time during breastfeeding one of my kids. I had a drop in supply but only needed the fenugreek for about 1 1/2 weeks. It helped bring my supply back up and I stopped using it. Never had supply issues besides that one time. The fenugreek did work though. I wouldn’t use it unless your supply drops

fenugreek does help with milk supply but can cause baby to be more gassy.

It didn’t help my milk supply but made me smell like maple syrup 😂 I craved pancakes for a month lol

I tried.supplements but what worked best for me was power pumping.  I pumped 64 ounces a day. if you want to be successful breast feeding I have a lot of tips and tricks i used. first and foremost is your pump and your pumping schedule if you want extra supply. there's a lot of work in breastfeeding but it is really worth it!

girl that vitamin does wonders especially when taken with mothers milk tea i breastfed for 1 yr and half and my milk was still coming in.

fennel will work better. but taking them both together boosts it.
