What to do?!?

So I already called our pedi just waiting on a call back. The daycare called saying the our baby is spitting up almost all of his bottles today! Now my first wasn’t like this at all and I know every baby is different. But any of you experience this?

Our daughter would do this and still sometimes does this at 12 weeks old. It could be mild reflux and your baby’s tummy just getting too much milk when there’s still a bunch of gas and air in the tummy from being empty. The trick that works for us is to pace our baby’s bottle feeding. After each ounce we take the bottle out and allow her to burp, by keeping her upright. No lying down, reclining or diaper changes. So if we are giving her 3 oz, that’s 2 breaks for burps and then at least 20-30 minutes of keeping her upright after finishing. It definitely is a long process but we noticed the amount and frequency of her spitting up all her milk significantly decreased. Try it and hopefully it does the trick!!

My pediatrician always said that if my baby was spitting up it is because his little tummy was too full so to decrease his ounces. When I up his ounces I only up him by 1/2 ounce to gradually increase his intake. If he starts to spit up most of his bottles I take him back down a half ounce and try again when I feel he is hungry more often.

Are you formula or breastfeeding? 
With my first I thought she was doing this and my doctor informed me that even though it looks like a whole bottle, it’s probably not. I found out what she meant with my second. I wasn’t able to BF and he wasn’t keeping anything down at all. We ended up having to switch formulas twice before he started keeping bottles down.
