Help!!!

Need help with something, I’m in a relationship with my partner and we are sexually active, I didn’t think I was pregnant but have recently started some new medication this week that would have side affects on the baby of sickness and agony on my stomach which I am now getting, I am not ready for a child but no one knows I am sexually active??? Help please
