17 and struggling
Let’s cut to the chase, I’m not happy with my body or my weight. I’m 5’3 and weigh 155lbs, at one point I’d gotten myself down to 145, but I’m back to 155.
I need help with dieting to combat my PCOS, but I have no clue where to start, does anyone know any meal plans I could follow?
