Is going to save my hips/pelvic floor and back during this pregnancy! It’s amazing and this was my first class ever! It’s amazing how it relaxes and stretches the most important parts of your body without being too exhausting! Try it out ladies 😊 so worth it! Also I’m 14 weeks and I think starting early makes the difference..so your body is prepared for birth and carrying the baby!
