i was sleeping very going 1 night then my husband said wake up your crying and shaking acting like you can't breathe i woke up feeling the same way like i cant breathe my hands went num then my feets went num. its like my heart rate was beating fast like i had to breathe very fast to catch up.. 6 hrs later i fe l t very very tired i slept all day... in noticed this been going on for 2yrs.. it started emontional when i cry outta the blue like i cant breathe then i get very tired then i have flash back about sad things or when im worrying and when im mad i start to cry then 5 minutes later i can't breathe like my heart rate is racing i get very very tired and sleep all day idk what's wrong with me but have any body had similarly
