No. It depends when you ovulate. Then it happens 6-12 days after that. And sperm lives up to 5 days. 
So if you have sex 4/1 and ovulation happens on 4/4 then the sperm will live and then implantation is 6-12 days after ovulation so between 4/10 and 4/16. 
And most of the time periods are due 14 days after ovulation. So the day you miss a period, you could have a positive test.
