Brown pills? (HELP PLS)

Do I take the week 4 pills that are brown by themselves without the birth control?or do I get another pack and take the pill and the brown pill together? Or do I just not take the brown pill 😭 I know this probably sounds dumb but I’m new to birth control pills

If there are 7 brown pills those are your period pills take them to get your “period” you can take JUST the brown pill it is also birth control so you take it as you would your regular pills. You can also skip your period pills and move on the next pack but I don’t think it’s healthy for your body to skip it

Those pills you don’t necessarily have to take because they’re inactive and don’t do anything, but you shouldn’t start another pack because you probably should get your period for the month lol
