problems with my husband in bed

so my husband and I been together for 5 years and married for 2...my husband since young has been addicted to porn and jerking off. this has been a huge problem for us because it is hard for him to ejaculate. the only time he ejaculated while we were having sex was when he went inside me raw for the first time...but ever since then, in order for him to ejaculate he has to stop having sex with me and stroke him self. you can just imagine how this makes me feel. I almost feel like he doesnt enjoy when we have sex. I've never had this issue with any of my previous partners...I've tried having sex multiple times with him a day, I even try spicing things up...teasing him a bit, but this man just doesnt ejaculate. any advice :/ ?
