Tips on loosing weight/fat?
I am overweight, 5’1 and 160 pound. I am very young (middle school) and very insecure about my body. I play softball and exercise often, and I have a regular diet, I don’t eat a lot of meat or junk food. I don’t know how I got all this weight and fat, i hate it, I just really want to loose it, any tips?
