I am unsure if I had implantation cramps, I know for a fact I had no bleeding. This is 6 and 7 dpo. Today I am 12dpo.

Today had a little tiredness and a little cramping here and there. From that feels like I have to poop but nothing will come out. Been constipated maybe for 2 days now. When I would try and go little turds would only come out. I finally went to the pooped tonight just a little. While I was standing in the kitchen lightning of cramps went across my stomach back and forth then stopped. When I press down on my abdominal its a little tender.
