So me and my SO have been together for almost 4 years now, and over that 4 years ive gotten BV more than a few times. My doctor never really an explanation for me, just that some women are more prone to it than others. I have chosen to do the gel method in the past and i just received the prescription and started it last night, but my question is, can i have day sex? like when there is no gel present inside of me, and theres a few hours until i have to treat myself again? i have to use the gel for 7 nights and ive read that u have to wait a week until treatment is over to have sex.. 2 weeks is a long time to not .. ya know ..

can i masturbate still?? or will that mess up the treatment too??
