Trigger shot and BD

When do you BD after doing the trigger shot? We’ve been BD’ing every other night since My period ended. I took the trigger shot this morning and specialist said to BD tonight, then every other night for 5 days. If you’ve gotten your BFP on clomid and trigger shot, when did you Bd? Thanks!
