When roughly should I be most fertile. Glow says now. My LH test says no. I'm so confused.

So I MC over Easter. Straight forward no complications. Started bleeding 30th March and stopped bleeding 5th April. Wasn't heavy. So I've classed this as a period. Reset glow back to jot being pregnant etc.

Glow says my post fertile is today. Mybtest says negative. Pics below.

Anyone have an idea of when I will be at my highest ovulating day.

Am I better off just getting more OPKs and doing them every other day?
