What to do! MOM’s I need you’re advice!

My LO is just a year old and ALL she wants is cow’s milk. She doesn’t like formula anymore and doesn’t like a lot of foods. She just wants milk constantly. Breakfast lunch and dinner.

Well she’s one so she can drink cow milk now . Also is there anything at all she likes to eat ? Fruits , vegetables maybe adult food but not much just so she can taste different things . Mashed potatoes? You just have to try introducing different things little by little .

What solids have you tried? Is there a common factor among the foods she doesn’t like? My daughter eats anything and everything so I’m very excited to get off the formula and make the transition to just solids 😂 but if you’re concerned, I’d contact her pediatrician for some ideas. You obviously know it’s essential for her to be getting those nutrients so I’d just check in with them and ask them how much she needs to be consuming to get those nutrients she needs. That way you don’t have to be AS worried.
