Im a teen and all my friends eat whatever they want (tons of junk food) and they are all still lean and skinny. I on the other hand am heavier than them, even though I generally eat healthier. A lot of them are at the same stage in puberty as me. How come in order to reach my ideal body goal I have to eat very very healthy, while they can eat whatever the hell they want, even those who don’t work out like I do??
