question please help need advice

so I'm a week away from my period to start, but I'm Tuesday I went wipe and saw blood. not alot just like the start of a period, felt a little crampy, so I thought my period might have started early, but it went away by Wednesday morning. It didn't even touch my pad, now no bleeding. I don't want to get my hopes up but could this be implantion? need advice.
