My almost one year old has had diarrhea for the past few days. It’s 12 PM and she’s already had diarrhea 3 times. This past time it was so runny and green. She’s teething, could that be the cause? Or a stomach bug? She’s exclusively breast fed and eats solids, but hasn’t eaten anything new. Could it be something I’ve eaten and it’s getting into the breast milk and making her sick?
