Progesterone Cream?

Question

Any over the counter progesterone creams out there that work to help sustain a pregnancy in the first trimester? 
Is that even a thing?
If they’re not prescription strength, is it even worth it?

Cream didn't work for me, but the suppositories my doctor prescribed did. I would really talk to your doctor if you have concerns about your progesterone levels.

since progesterone is a hormone supplement, I believe it all has to be prescribed, but idk about any lotion, never heard of that

Okay- so I have used both....To sustain a pregnancy work with your doctor for progesterone blood work and a suppository.  I have used the cream that is over the counter cream you can order through amazon and it should be bio identical. We I talked to my doctor about it he said the cream is fine, but it’s like lighting a match in a cave, the suppositories are like throwing a grenade in there, much stronger.

Hmm I have never heard of a cream. I had to get weekly progesterone shots that were prescribed by my doctor. but if there's a cream that would be cool to know.
