Healthy Snacks/Meals
I'm trying to make smart choices since I'm TTC. I am a little over weight, I'm 5ft 4in and weigh 155 to 160. So far I've started bagging cut up veggies (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) and only having soda or juice with dinner and water all day. I used to drink soda all day and snack on chips, cookies, candy bars and things like that (lost almost 20lbs since September). I know I've improved but I'm looking for ideas 🙂 What are your favorite dinners? Snacks I can prep and grab? I don't have any food allergies or sensitivities.
