From being on the iud and on birth control for 9 years just up till January and getting regular out I haven’t had regular periods until recently. So I forgot how periods work 😂😂

I thought to be considered regular is to start the same day of every month so I started the 5th of March, and the 5th of April(which by now I’m off) but for May glow says May 8th 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

So I’m just asking for some help from not having a period for almost 9 years from birth control i need help 😂😂😂😂
