Light brown discharge

So this is the 3 week that I have had light brown when I wipe. It’s only last about a day and then goes away this is the 3rd time in 4weeks that has happened. Anyone else the same?

I had an appointment on Monday thinking I was 7-8 weeks turns out baby measured about 5-6weeks. We didn’t hear a heartbeat or see a flickering at all. I am a bit worried! 🙏🏻👶🏻❤️🙏🏻
