Spotting vs Period??

I’ve been spotting for 4 days. Spotting only. Light pink and brown mostly, one day of bright red, but it only shows up when I wipe. Plus I’ve had loose bowels and now diarrhea! If I weren’t TTC, I’d assume it’s AF, but now I’m not sure! Opinions please!!

Update: now I have acne on my chest. I haven’t had full AF since mid February, just this spotting last week. Should I call Dr or wait? Today’s test was BFN but taken in afternoon, not FMU.

Soo confused! Only lasted 3 days and AF is usually a little heavier and deff lasts longer!
