I didn’t carry any kind of way...at that point it’s all bloat. The cervix isn’t even expanded enough for baby to be that high nor is baby big enough to make you carry any kind of way yet.

Carried high with my boy then Low with my second boy don’t think the way you carry matters

I’m 29 weeks and just BARELY showing, I’m in that is it fat or a baby stage so at 9 weeks I was as flat as a board. That being said most don’t start really showing with their first until 20ish weeks, give or take a couple weeks.
