Heavy weight lifting while pregnant

Hello! I’m 20+4 and I’ve been working out through my pregnancy and before that too. I usually do yoga once or twice a week and meet with a personal trainer once a week. Today we did heavy lifting. I did 330# leg presses. Nothing hurt while I did it or after. But afterward I got really scared I hurt the baby. I just realized I haven’t really done the low rep, high weight stuff since getting pregnant. I’ve felt her squirming around in there since and no signs of issues, but it still freaked me out. Is it safe to do this in pregnancy? So far I’ve had a perfectly healthy pregnancy. Just had my 20 week ultrasound yesterday so I’m very confident I’m healthy. But I don’t want to push too hard either. What are your opinions?
