How did you weaning mommies dry up your milk?? LO is a year and two weeks. She was exclusively bf till 9 months (pump to bottle) and we introduced some formula then bc I started traveling for work.

Now she’s eating table food and I’m thinking that I should stop pumping, since she doesn’t really need my milk for nourishment anymore, she drinks formula or cow milk for the couple bottles she does have every day.

I’ve stopped pumping gradually- got it down to one session every 48 hrs- I totally empty them and it feels so good! Any advice should I go cold turkey at this point? I can’t afford to leak all over the place tho.
