Wondering when conception occurred?

I’m 22 weeks and 2 days and my due date is August 14th.. but my doctor says baby is measuring 23 weeks 2 days.. that would make my due date August 7th..so when would conception have occurred?

Changing a due date after the 12th week of pregnancy due to the size of baby is actually no allowed where I live (Germany) in the first 12 weeks, the embryo/fetus develops at the same rate. After 12 weeks, the ‘fetus’ is now considered a baby and all babies grow at their own pace starting at this stage. 
Not all babies are born the exact same size. That’s because they all take on their own growing rate starting around 12 weeks. If you’re messing one week ahead, it just means your baby is slightly bigger than 50% of babies at the same week of pregnancy as you.

measuring ahead doesn't mean the due date changes or that conception happened at a different time

I’m due August 13th and I know for a fact I conceived around the 17th of November. I was Using opks and was late for ovulation that month. It was either the 17th of November or the 19th, those were the days we tried. So I would head around there :) I’m measuring a week ahead, doctor says its pretty normal. My originaldue date was August 8th but then with the early scan and knowing my ovulation was late I know its around the 13th instead. Congrats!

The only time they change your due date is if baby measures 3 weeks ahead. My baby is measuring a week ahead but it’s not a concern. as long as baby is healthy there’s nothing to worry about momma!

you could have ovulated and conceived a week sooner than average. they go off of the first day of your last period because on average you ovulate 14-16 days after. But some women ovulate sooner or later so although it wouldn't be hard to guess when conception took place if you actually charted when you did the deed but baby measuring ahead doesn't necessarily mean your original due date is wrong.

I was told by my nurse practice that I am measuring 25 weeks but that's just the fundal height and that my due is the same I am 22 weeks and 3 day today and my due date is 14 of  august.
