boils on inner thigh!

okay so I get these boils/abscesses and ingrown hairs on my inner thighs and vagina and they leave these nasty dark scars and it's makes me so insecure. i have heard of using tea tree oil, witch hazel, aloe Vera, and hydrocortisone cream...do these work?? Will these help the boils and the scars and ingrown hairs?? I get razor burn as well but normally I can get that to go away pretty easily, these scars and boils are just really embarrassing!
