My journey begins today!

Current Weight: 281 lbs

Goal Weight: Happy and healthy!

I’m 19 years old and I’ve been obese the majority of my life. About 3 years ago I reach my highest weight of 305 lbs. Then I discovered yoga, fell in love with it and began practicing daily. After that I slowly began tweaking my diet and I lost over 30 lbs in less than a year! But then life got hectic....

Fast forward to now, I’ve rediscovered my love for yoga, and my plan is to once again work it in to my daily routine. I also want to get in to running (starting with brisk walking, baby steps). And I’m planning on fixing my bad habit of eating out 5+ days a week.

This isn’t going to be a quick fix. That’s why I’m not setting a number for a specific goal weight. I just want to be the healthiest I can be, because my body deserves so much better than the life I’ve been giving it. So I can transform myself from this......

To something I’m a little more proud of. To a body that not only looks better, but feels better, and moves better!
