My son is having extreme meltdowns if he can’t have what he wants. For example he loves to play with the remote, phones, and pulling cables. We try to hide those things but if he occasionally sees something like that he wants to have it and screams. I never give in, but he will continue. Also if we eat something he comes crawling to us and tries to steel the food. If he doesn’t get it, he is having a major meltdown. Even if he just ate. Even neighbors asked if everything is ok, because they hear him crying all the time. So frustrating. I know children cry but it breaks my heart to see I’m that upset all the time.
