Hey ladies, I have been trying to conceive with pcos tried for a year just over a year ago I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks, I'm taking vitamins- b6, folic acid, vitamin D

Any other medication people know of I know there's metformin and clomid but doctor wants me to try another year before prescribing this to me. Any tips or anything ladies!

I was due yesterday but AF has not show up as of yet, I had this yesterday ? And this morning it was more of runny texture? What cm is this also?
