Advice on this? TMI

13 weeks pregnant and husband and I had sex two days ago, I spotted pink for a bit and since I’ve been spotting brown and I know brown is like the “safe” color. But every time I wipe, I get this on the paper.

I do take progesterone suppositories but only at night time and it’s there every time I wipe. Should I be worried? Could it be my mucus plug or is it just brown discharge. I’m not cramping at all. But I couldn’t sleep at all last night because I was worried. I kept having miscarriage nightmares. 😔😢
