Performance Anxiety

Does anyone else's mate have trouble ejaculating when you're ovulating? I just took 10,000 iu of Pregnyl and was told by my Dr. to have sex on Tues, Wed, and Thur. The sex was great but it took my BF way to long to cum. We use to have 30 min sessions now it's like a 1hr and 30 mins. My BF says he has performance anxiety because he has to cum. We've figured out that he has to jack off to the brink of coming then I have to get on top to finish the job. It's taken the fun out and feels like a chore.
